To be honest with you. Your answer seems very complicated as per your answer now you want me to take my time to make a video and send that to you so you may believe and maybe able to help but you can't take my word. I have no reason whatsoever to make anything up like that. if you don't think you can help or let me return the item back to you then all I have to say just forget it. It is not a lot of money but it is the customer trust that you are betraying. In that case I will have to be very careful to order anything from your site.
My question was very simple I said product was fully charged but it won't turn on when I press the on/off Button it comes off but as soon I release the button it goes completely blank.

I just charged the watch and was going to activate it ( add it to my phone) but for some reason watch won't turn on. looks like something is wrong.
